Qualified. Confirmed. Set right.
Your old leads aren't dead. They're just not set right.
SetRight turns dormant homeowner records into qualified, confirmed sales appointments for high-ticket home-improvement contractors. We work the database you already paid for, qualify every homeowner against your campaign criteria, confirm before the appointment, and hand your reps a visit that actually sits.
10 Counted Appointments. 30-day window. If it doesn't sit, it doesn't count.
Every appointment must clear
- Verified property owner
- Property within the contractor's approved service territory
- Requested project meets the campaign's agreed minimum scope
- Homeowner intends to complete the project within the agreed campaign timeframe
- Specific appointment date and time accepted
- All required decision-makers agree to attend
- Contact information and property address verified
- Homeowner actually participates in the scheduled appointment
You already paid for these leads.
Every contractor we speak to is sitting on thousands of records that cost real money to generate. Three things happen to them.
Nobody has time to work them
Your team is busy with today's inbound. Last quarter's list sits untouched, and every week it gets colder.
Follow-up stops after two attempts
Most of these records were called twice and abandoned. The intent didn't disappear — the follow-up did.
The appointments that do get set don't sit
No verified owner, wrong address, wrong scope, nobody home. Your reps burn a half day for nothing.
You don't have a lead problem. You have a follow-up and qualification problem — and that is a fixable one.
How it works
Three steps. You supply the data and the rules; we do the calling and confirming.
You hand us the database
Export the old leads you already paid for — any CRM, spreadsheet or list. We clean it, remove duplicates and flag records that are missing what we need.
We qualify and confirm
Our team works the list by phone, qualifies against your campaign criteria, books into the slots you gave us, then confirms the homeowner before the appointment.
You run the appointment
Your rep shows up to a real person expecting them. You report the outcome in the portal, and only appointments that sit count against the pilot.
Who we serve
We work only with high-ticket home-improvement contractors — the kind of project a homeowner thinks about for months and signs for in the living room.
Bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, roofing, windows and doors, HVAC replacement, siding, basement finishing, decks and outdoor living, foundation repair and waterproofing, and other qualifying high-ticket services.
We do not work handyman lists, emergency service calls or routine maintenance. Those don't need a sit-down appointment, and our standard is built for one that does.
A name on a calendar is not enough
If it doesn't sit, it doesn't count.
That is the whole standard. Not a lead, not a callback, not a maybe — an appointment your rep sits down for.
Verified property owner
The homeowner confirms that they own the property where the proposed work will be performed.
Property within the contractor's approved service territory
The address falls inside the service area you approved before launch.
Requested project meets the campaign's agreed minimum scope
The job is at or above the minimum scope agreed for your campaign.
Homeowner intends to complete the project within the agreed campaign timeframe
They intend to move forward inside the window you set for the campaign.
Specific appointment date and time accepted
An exact day and time were repeated back and accepted on the call.
All required decision-makers agree to attend
Everyone needed to approve the project agreed to be at the appointment.
Contact information and property address verified
Phone, email and the property address were confirmed with the homeowner.
Homeowner actually participates in the scheduled appointment
The visit happens and the homeowner takes part. If it doesn't sit, it doesn't count.
Minimum project scope, expected investment range, service territory and homeowner timeline are established per contractor and campaign. An investment or budget range is an optional campaign-specific criterion, not a universal requirement. Non-counted appointments, replacement eligibility, client-caused failures and disputes are governed by the signed pilot agreement. Disputes are raised in your portal within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
